Visit us at ICE 2020, Eurocoin stand N2-322

16 January 2020

ICE 2020, ExCeL, London
4 – 6th February

In Gaming, fast, reliable and engaging interactivity are essential to ensure players continue to come back to a game. At this year’s ICE London, we will demonstrate our sleek slot machine simulator on the Eurocoin Components stand. The unit introduces two unique capabilities that will enable game designers to create even more immersive experiences for players.

The first new capability, ‘floating’ LED lighting, is featured on the unit’s main 55-inch touch sensor. The LEDs are connected and powered invisibly via a proprietary method embedded on the rear of the sensor within the viewable area of the display. This proprietary technology, also on the virtual button deck, combines ‘floating’ mechanical buttons with multi-touch technology. To further demonstrate Zytronic’s expertise in glass and in-house processing capabilities, the slot simulator has tactile features machined into the surface of the button deck. This second new capability shows how game designers can combine physical and digital technology to guide player’s fingertips across the touchscreen to ensure their eyes remain firmly focused on the exciting gameplay happening on the main screen.

“These two concepts open up completely new design possibilities for game developers and will ultimately help designers of slot machines, electronic table games and wagering terminals, differentiate themselves from the competition.” says Ian Crosby, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zytronic.

Zytronic Projected Capacitive Technology (PCT™ and MPCT™) is integrated in electronic gaming machines in casinos around the world. Eurocoin Components is an established sales channel partner for Zytronic, operating across Europe from 14 regional offices. Founded in 1973, the Eurocoin Group is a globally trusted brand and widely respected as a professional supply partner of electronic components and consumables in multiple industrial sectors. The 2020 ICE expo will mark the company’s 36th successive attendance at this leading gaming industry show.

International machine manufacturers and operators have widely adopted Eurocoin Components’ portfolio of world-class products alike. An example of such a gaming project is the T84 Luxury Touch Table developed by Euro Games Technology (EGT), which uses an 84” Zytronic touch sensor with six independent and separately controlled player zones. The innovative, digital roulette table won a Global Gaming Award at its unveiling and is now engaging players in more than 50 casinos, including WINBET in Bulgaria, Casino Advanced Technology, France and Casino VINMOE in Ireland.
