Zytronic Wins Prestigious Electron d’Or 2013 Award

Little over a year since its launch, we are very pleased to announce that our multitouch PCT™ technology has won its first industry award.

Zytronic has been awarded the Electron d’Or 2013 by ElectroniqueS, one of France’s leading technology magazines. At the ceremony in Paris on 19 June, the company triumphed with the best product in the ‘Displays’ category for its new multitouch projected capacitive (MPCT™), ultra large form factor touch screens for professional and industrial display applications.

Since 1997 ElectroniqueS has organized the Electron d’Or, which is given to the most innovative companies and start ups in the electronics industry. Winners are chosen by an independent jury in 12 categories including displays, sensors, optoelectronics, subsystems, microcontrollers, analogue and mixed signal, programmable logic and others.

The award was accepted by Julien Berger, CEO of Eurocomposant and Zytronic’s distributor in France.
